Not sure how I missed it since it's been on the bestseller list for two years. </p> <p>Every night before I fall asleep I have to read. It's an embedded psychological ritual. With the baby in our lives now, sometimes I hit the sack so exhausted that I open my book, read a few sentences, and fall asleep. Sometimes it'll take me months to get through a book.</p> <p>After I got hooked by The Kite Runner (30 pages in), it took me hours to finish. Definitely a couldn't-put-it-down. I loved the way it was written and the story it conveyed.
